Jinnah House attack: Imran’s sisters granted extended bail
The ATC judge Arshad Javed presided over the case, deciding to extend interim bail until February 10.
Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan's sisters Tuesday granted a bail extension until February 10 by Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in the Jinnah House attack case.
According to the details, the ATC judge Arshad Javed presided over the case, deciding to extend interim bail until February 10 for Aleema Khan, Uzma Khan, and Zain Qureshi, the son of Shah Mahmood Qureshi.
Over 121 individuals are purportedly implicated in the Jinnah House attack, with the court granting former PTI leader Asad Umar's appeal for a one-day exemption from attendence.
The accused face charges registered at the Sarwar Road police station in connection with the Jinnah House attack case.
During the hearing, Station House Officer (SHO) RA Bazar requested physical remand of Imran Khan, which was rejected by the court.
