Lahore: Pakistan Peoples’ Party (PPP) Senator Palwasha strongly criticized the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), and humorously summarized the rival’s manifesto as having a single point, “Hamari Baat Ho gae hey” (Our words alone should suffice).

Palwasha Khan questioned the inability of anyone within the PML-N to craft a comprehensive narrative.

She drew attention to the disparity between drafting a small Urdu booklet and formulating a detailed manifesto.  She criticized the PML-N’s manifesto, saying that Founder of Pakistan Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah had not been associated with the PML-N.

Palwasha Khan attributed the PML-N’s unease to the success of Bilawal Bhutto's political activities in Punjab.

Suggesting a fear of potential defeat, she emphasized that the PPP, as political workers, could not be silenced. The PPP leader remarked on their inclination to invite individuals from Karachi for interviews in Lahore, questioning their inability to accommodate others locally.

Turning attention to alleged financial activities, Khan asserted that the funds taken from Lahore were invested in Avenfield Apartments. She also brought up past alleged financial dealings in Quetta. Accusing the PML-N of promoting bias for political gain and fostering provincialism, Khan emphasized that Lahore was not new for Marriyum Aurangzeb but was indeed significant for Bilawal Bhutto, who is contesting elections from the city.
