Gandapur determined to get money from centre
He added: “We have 600 projects that we are going to complete"
Peshawar: Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur Saturday said that the institutions are requested to become neutral. They will fulfill all the needs of the province and will continue to withdraw money from the federal government.
Talking to the media in Mardan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister stated that they salute the martyrs and ghazis of police. Many projects started in their tenure, however, due to delay, they were not completed. Now it has been decided to start new projects after completing those.
He added: “We have 600 projects that we are going to complete. We have to face many things together. We will solve the problems of the people by focusing on the basic works”.
The Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa further said that we have to develop tolerance within ourselves. Our brothers are in the police. We request the traffic police not to challan the poor, however, those who have a big vehicle should be fined more.
He also stated that if a policeman searches, he is doing it for you. We have big roads, but due to non-compliance with the law, the traffic system remains bad. Obeying the law is everyone's duty according to the constitution.
Ali Amin Gandapur continued to say that despite the terrorism, policemen are doing their best work. He will present the matter regarding the package of martyrs in the assembly.
Chief Minister KP said that they assisted Inspector General whenever needed. ‘We will give plots to martyrs of polio workers, police, and teachers’.
He further said that we have never done politics of power. The decisions were made in the presence of everyone in the apex committee. The price of petrol was very low during our time. The economic conditions of the country are not good, our budget is tax-free and welfare. There are plans for the poor man.
Gandapur added that they are providing solar systems to 100,000 people, out of which 50,000 will be given free of cost. Universities will be built where more of them are needed.
