PHC granted 21-day transit bail to PTI MNA Bilal Ijaz from Gujranwala

Lahore: Another three Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leaders took a sigh of relief after courts turned to their favour in different cases on Thursday.
PTI founder and former Prime Minister Imran Khan has already been given relief in different cases starting from Toshakhana to cypher cases.
The Peshawar High Court (PHC) granted the 21-day transit bail to PTI Member of National Assembly (MNA) Bilal Ijaz from Gujranwala.
Similarly, following the PHC orders, the Interior Department removed the name of Shoukat Yousafzai from the Exit Control List (ECL).
After the Lahore High Court (LHC) annulled his physical remand in 12 cases on May 9, PTI founder Imran Khan approached the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in all these cases. The bail pleas said that there will be no recovery from the accused and that all the cases were acts of revenge.
Justice Saman Rifat Imtiaz of Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered PTI leader Shehbaz Gil's brother to be recovered within two days.
For not allowing PTI to protest in Islamabad, Justice Saman removed objections to PTI's contempt of court petition and issued notices to Interior Secretary, Chief Commissioner, Deputy Commissioner and IG today.
