Captain Ben Stokes said that he would bat after winning the toss
Multan: England have announced their 11-member squad for the second Test match against Pakistan.
Captain Ben Stokes is back in the England squad, including Zach Crowley, Ben Dickett, Ole Pope, Joe Root, Harry, Jamie Smith, Braden Carse, Matt Post, Jack Leach, and Shoaib Bashir.
Captain Ben Stokes said that he would bat after winning the toss. The first match pitch will help the spinners and the ball will reverse swing.
Ben Stokes stated: “We always try to win the match, despite scoring more than 500 runs, the winner is the one who plays better. We tried to put pressure on the Pakistan batsmen in the second innings by scoring more runs”.
He added that in the first match, the ball was not swinging and revising, yet our bowlers took 10 wickets. Taking DRS is the decision of the day according to the time, which effort gives better results.
The English captain further said that both teams will have an equal chance on the pitch, reverse and swing will be for everyone.
