Bullet-proof and bomb-proof vehicles are being manufactured locally according to international standards
Karachi: The agreements were signed with foreign companies at the International Defense Exhibition and Seminar (IDEAS) 2024.
After agreements were signed with foreign companies at the exhibition, bomb-proof vehicles manufactured in Pakistan will now be exported.
Under the private sector, bullet-proof and bomb-proof vehicles are being manufactured locally according to international standards, keeping in mind the needs of the armed forces.
After the vehicle is manufactured, it is also tested by firing. In addition to the passenger compartment, the engine room, battery, and fuel tank are also protected. Run-flats are installed in the tires of the vehicle, which last for 50 kilometers after the tire bursts.
The export of these vehicles will improve Pakistan's technical reputation in this sector, and on the other hand, it is also proof that the private sector is working with the armed forces in national defense.
