He said that whoever brings a hostage to us will be given $5 million

Tel Aviv: Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said that whoever brings hostages from Gaza will be given $5 million in exchange for a hostage.
Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu visited an area in Gaza yesterday and, while talking there, said that whoever brings a hostage to us will be given $5 million, while he and his family will also be given a safe way to leave here (Gaza).
The Israeli Prime Minister added that the decision is yours because the result will still be the same and we will bring all the hostages back.
According to foreign media, Israeli officials estimate that 101 Israelis are still being held hostage by Hamas and some of them have died.
On the other hand, protests for the safe recovery of hostages and a ceasefire deal are continuing in Israel and citizens are increasing pressure on the Netanyahu government for a ceasefire.
It is pertinent to note that even after a year of operations in Gaza, Israel was able to free only a few of the Israeli soldiers and civilians taken hostage by Hamas fighters on October 7, 2023, through a military operation. The rest of the hostages were either released as a result of an agreement or are still in Hamas custody.
