Lahore: Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC) have increased the grace marks in examinations from three to five and informed the education boards across the country.
The grave marks have been increased by IBCC because the passing marks were increased from 33 to 40. A candidate with 35 marks will be passed by giving five as grace marks.
IBCC said, in this regard, that the paper checkers should be informed about the new change.
According to reports, it was proposed by IBCC to increase the grace marks to seven. Grace marks can be given in a maximum of two subjects, in case of failure in three subjects, grace marks will not be given in any subject.
