Four girls 'intended to ride Orange Line Metro Train' go missing

Lahore: Four girls aged between seven and 14, who departed for metro train ride and didn't return, were feared 'abducted' in Hunjarwal police jurisdiction on Monday, police said.

Four girls 'intended to ride Orange Line Metro Train' go missing

The family told GNN that the girls had left home for taking a ride of the Orange Line Metro Train, but didn't return. The family launched search for the girls, but to no avail.

Police registered a case of abduction and began search to trace the missing girls who have been identified as Samreen,7, Anam, 10, Kaneeza, 11, and Ayesha, 14.

Capital City Police Officer Ghulam Mahmood Dogar directed the SP concerned to constitute a team to investigate the case.   

Police said the so far evaluation of the CCTV footages didn't make any breakthrough in tracing the missing girls.
