The exchange rate of US Dollar against Pakistani Rupee Monday decreased on the first day of the trading week in the interbank market.

According to the data released by the State Bank of Pakistan, the US dollar has decreased by 4 paisas in the interbank market. According to Forex dealers, the US dollar against PKR decreased from Rs157.12 to close at Rs157.08 in the interbank market.

On the other hand,on the first day of the trading week, March 8, the buying rate of the US dollar in Pakistan's open market was Rs157, while its selling rate was Rs157.9
It is important to mention that Pakistani Rupee appreciates when lesser amount of rupees are required to get one USD whereas PKR depreciates when more rupees are required to get one greenback.
