Islamabad: The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) will hear the petition of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) on the alleged video scandal involving former Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gillani’s son Ali Haider Gilani.

According to details, PTI had requested the top electoral for an urgent hearing and decision of the case indicating illegal practice of using money to buy votes in senate elections.
The application of the case was filed by PTI’ Farrukh Habib, Kanwal Shauzab and Malika Bokhari.
Last week, a video of Ali Haider Gillani went viral in which he was seen advising legislators on how to waste his vote in the Senate polls.
The development came just a day before Yousaf Raza Gillani was elected as a senator defeating PTI’s Hafeez Sheikh by five votes.
