The issue of no-trust motion will be dealt with after the OIC session in Islamabad.

Islamabad: Following the controversy over the Organization of Islamic Conference (OIC) meeting in Islamabad, the federal government has decided to summon the National Assembly (NA) session on March 21.
As per sources, the issue of no-trust motion will be dealt with after the OIC session in Islamabad.
The decision comes after Prime Minister Imran Khan chaired a crucial session of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Core Committee at PM House today.
The meeting of the foreign ministers of OIC is to be held in Islamabad on 22 and 23 March. However, the vote on the no-confidence motion is likely to be held on March 29.
According to sources familiar with the development, it has been decided at the government level that matters relating to the no-confidence motion should be wrapped up before the OIC meeting as there could not have been political turmoil in the country at that time.
The opposition has also submitted a requisition to summon the NA session in which the no-trust motion will be tabled.
The motion was submitted by an opposition delegation comprising leaders of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) and Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI-F).
On the other hand, a session of joint opposition will be held at the residence of PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif today.
Former president Asif Ali Zardari, PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto, JUI-F chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman and other leaders of opposition parties are expected to attend the meeting.
The session will consider the contacts with allies of the government and developments with regard to the opposition’s no-trust motion against the prime minister.
Shehbaz Sharif will host a dinner in the honor of the opposition politicians.
In a development, three major allies of the PTI government, Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q), Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) and Balochistan Awami Party (BAP) will announce their decision on resigning or staying in the federal cabinet today.
