The PML-N president replaces Imran Khan of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf as PM

Islamabad: Mian Shehbaz Sharif took oath as the 23rd Prime Minister of Pakistan at a ceremony held at Aiwan-e-Saddar on Monday.
Acting President, who is also Chairman Senate, Sadiq Sanjarani administered oath from Shehbaz.
Sanjarani had to take oath from the new premier after President Dr Arif Alvi had complained of discomfort.
"The physician has examined him thoroughly and has advised him rest for a few days," said a tweet written by the President of Pakistan official account.
Shehbaz has been elected as the premier after the ouster of PTI Chairman Imran Khan through a no-confidence motion.
He received 174 votes in the 342-strong National Assembly to vote out Imran Khan after the Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf, which is the largest party in the lower house with 155 seats.
-- Shehbaz's profile --
Born in Lahore in 1950, Shehbaz is the younger brother of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo and thrice-elected prime minister Nawaz Sharif.
He has served three times as Punjab's chief minister. Shehbaz previously held the post from 1997-1999, before former military ruler Pervez Musharraf exiled the Sharif brothers to Saudi Arabia, and then again from 2008-2013 and then from 2013-2018. Most recently, he was the Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly during the PTI's tenure.
Being Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz liked to call himself Khadim-i-Aala (chief servant) rather than chief minister.
In his today's address to the Lower House, he also called himself as Khadim-i-Pakistan (Pakistan's servant).
