NEPRA approved the increase under the head of two different quarterly months

Karachi: The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA) has approved an increase of Rs7.80 in power tariff for K-Electric consumers.
According to the notification, the NEPRA approved the increase under the head of two different quarterly months. The price increase of Rs6.47 was approved from the July-September 2021 adjustment and the Rs1.33 increase in the adjustment of the January-March 2021 adjustment.
The NEPRA has sent the summary to the federal government for issuance of the notification.
