Netizens flood Twitter with memes and jokes following WhatsApp, Instagram, FB outage

According to details, WhatsApp, Instagram and even Facebook Messenger were down with users unable to use these platforms for a brief period of time.

The service was restored shortly; however, thousands of users took to Twitter and shared hilarious memes and jokes about the social networking sites being down using the #instagramdown #whatsappdown hashtags.
