Japanese ship conducts naval drills with Pakistan Navy in Karachi
"The visit of the Japanese ship will further boost joint peace efforts in the region"
Karachi: Japanese Navy Ship Harusame (DD102) visited Karachi port.
According to Pakistan Navy spokesman, on arrival at the port, the ship was received by senior Pakistan Navy officials, Japanese diplomatic staff, and school students.
He said the purpose of the visit was to promote professional relations between the two navies. At the end of the visit, joint exercises were also held between the two navies.
The spokesman said that the visit of the Japanese ship will further boost joint peace efforts in the region.
