PTI announces public meeting in Islamabad on Independence Day
Imran Khan and top leaders will address the power show
Islamabad: The PTI leadership on Saturday announced to hold public meeting in Islamabad on the Independence Day (August 14).
The decision was taken in the meeting of the political committee chaired by PTI Chairman Imran Khan.
The participants discussed current political situation and decided to hold mega show in Islamabad's Parade Ground.
A briefing was also reportedly given on the party's legal strategy regarding the resignation of members of National Assembly.
Former prime minister Imran Khan said the power show would press the incumbant government to announce date for the dissolution of assemblies and the general elections.
