US defers repayment of $132 million debt Pakistan owe
Ambassador Blome signed the second US-Pakistan bilateral agreement under the G20 Debt Service Suspension Initiative

Islamabad: The United States on Friday deferred $132 million loan owed to Pakistan.
According to the US Embassy, US Ambassador Donald Bloom signed the US-Pakistan agreement.
The embassy said that the United States has delayed repayment of $132 million owed to Pakistan and this agreement has been made under the G20 debt deferral initiative.

According to the US Embassy, our priority is to redirect critical resources in Pakistan.
Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto Zardari met the American counterpart in Washington in the past few days.
