The case had been adjourned till January 6.

Islamabad: The Islamabad district and sessions court Thursday issued a bailable arrest warrant for Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill in the sedition case filed against him for inciting mutiny within the army.
While issuing the warrant, a single bench comprising Additional Session Judge Tahir Abbas Sipra stated that Shahbaz Gill must appear in the next hearing adding that, “He can obtain the bail against surety bonds of Rs200,000”.
The case had been adjourned till January 6.
Earlier today, the Balochistan High Court (BHC) had quashed all First Information Reports (FIRs) against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) leader Shahbaz Gill in sedition case.
A single bench comprising Justice Abdul Hameed Baloch announced the verdict on a plea registered by Gill’s lawyer Iqbal Shah seeking to quash multiple cases filed against his client in Qilla Abdullah, Balochistan.
During the proceedings, Justice Abdul Hameed asked how many cases had been registered against Gill on one incident.
Justice Abdul Hameed, then remarked that registering multiple cases in one incident is against the law.
After hearing the petition, the court directed the authorities to nullify the cases registered against PTI leader.
