Winter vacations extended in Islamabad for seven days
The private schools and colleges will commence on January 9 (Monday).
Islamabad: The private schools in Islamabad Thursday extended the winter vacations for seven days.
According to details, the Ministry of Education had extended the winter break owing to severe weather condition in the capital.
The private schools and colleges will commence on January 9 (Monday).
It is pertinent to mention that earlier this week, the Lahore High Court (LHC) had ordered to extend the holidays in schools and colleges of Punjab province for a week (7 days) due to worsening smog situation.
