Lahore: The district administration of Lahore Thursday restored the frozen assets of Federal Finance Minister Ishaq Dar, as per the order of National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
According to the details, the federal minister had been given the custody of his residence at Hajveri House in Gulberg, Lahore.
NAB had also issued letter to various banks to restore Ishaq Dar's accounts.
The District Administration Lahore stated that the custody of the house and the letter to restore the frozen accounts had been sent as per NAB’s orders.
It is pertinent to mention that Dar’s assets had been frozen as per the orders of an accountability court due to his continuous absence from the court proceedings in a case.
