CHARSADDA: Two policemen embrace martyrdom in terrorists’ attack
Former President Asif Ali Zardari and other politicians strongly condemn the terrorists’ attack on police force in the KPK
Charsadda: Two police personnel on Saturday embraced martyrdom in a terrorist attack in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Charsadda district.
The latest reports suggested that three policemen, who were on duty, left injured after terrorists attacked the Dheri Zardad police post.
The injured police personnel were shifted to district headquarter hospital for medical aid but two of them succumbed to their injuries while the third one was undergoing treatment at the facility.
After the attack, the police repulsed the sudden attack and subsequently the terrorists ran away from the spot.
Political leaders including PPP Co-Chairman and former President Asif Ali Zardari strongly condemned the terror attack at a police station in Charsadda, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Zardari expressed his concern over increase in the terror attacks on the police force in KP, saying that the police officers and jawans would continue to fight against the terrorists. He also paid tributes to the police officers and jawans for their sacrifices.
The PPP Co-Chairman stated that the federal and KP governments should take strict action against the terrorists. He also expressed condolences with the families of the martyred policemen in the KPK.
