Peshawar: An explosion was carried out with the help of a remote control device near the vehicle of the police in the premises of Badaber police station on Sunday, GNN reported.
According to the police, the police vehicle was on patrolling duty on the Frontier Road when the explosives kept in a paint box were detonated.
The police vehicle was damaged in the explosion, however, no injuries of casualties were reported.
Police collected evidence from the crime scene.
The bomb disposal stated that about one kilogram of explosive material was used in the blast which damaged the vehicle.
