Fawad Chaudhary, the PTI leader and former federal minister, says ECP never disappointed but they reject nomination of Mohsin Naqvi as caretaker Punjab CM and asked the party workers to get ready to be part of another big movement on the road in the leadership of Imran Khan against this system.

Lahore: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) on Sunday strongly reacted to the nomination of Mohsin Naqvi as caretaker Chief Minister in Punjab, saying that such a controversial person is not acceptable.
Taking to Twitter, PTI leader Fawad Chaudhary tweeted that “the ECP never disappointed ever. We reject the decision of nominating controversial person Mohsin Naqvi as caretaker Punjab Chief Minister,”.

The reaction came after ECP nominated Mohsin Naqvi –a media tycoon—as caretaker Punjab Chief Minister. The Election Commission of Pakistan also issued a notification regarding nomination of Mohsin Naqvi as caretaker Punjab CM.
PML-Q leader and former Punjab Chief Minister Chaudhary Pervaiz Elahi also rejected the name of Mohsin Naqvi for caretaker Punjab CM.
Elahi announced to challenge his nomination and said they would approach the Supreme Court.
“It is a controversial person and we do not accept him as caretaker Punjab CM,” said Pervaiz Elahi while reacting to the ECP’s decision to nominate Naqvi as the caretaker Punjab CM.
