It is pertinent to note that earthquake had killed over 15,000 people so far.
Islamabad: Pakistan Foreign Officer Wednesday said that no Pakistani casualties had been reported as yet in Tukiye and Syria deadly earthquake took place on Monday morning.
Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch stated that they had not received any information about casualties, however the mission is coordinating with local authorities and the Pakistani community.
It is pertinent to note that a devastating earthquake of 7.8 magnitude hit Turkiye and Syria that has killed over 15,000 people so far.
Pakistan Embassy in Tukiye Wednesday turned to Twitter and wrote: “19 Pakistani students, who were present in earthquake hit Gaziantep, have been transported and provided accommodation in Adana”.
It added that the embassy was making arrangements to fly them back to Pakistan soon.
