The PML-N senior vice-president while addressing the youths said that they should carefully choose their leaders, claiming that the PML-N is in the field and does not fear of elections.

Islamabad: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senior Vice-President Maryam Nawaz said that the PML-N was not afraid of election and it had started preparation for the elections.
“The people who came into power through selection fear of elections,” said Maryam Nawaz while addressing the party’s convention in Islamabad on Saturday.
Without naming Imran Khan, Maryam said , “Now you should think that the selectors have gone back to their homes,”.
The PML-N senior vice-president said that the PML-N was in the field and was not like the person who left and hid in Zaman Park.
Addressing the youth, she asked them to carefully choose their leadership.
“Look who gave you laptops, who gave you scholarships and made universities for your education and it was who brought CPEC for your jobs,” said Maryam Nawaz, lashing out at the PTI leaders for failing to provide jobs to the youth.
They [the PTI] also made promise to provide homes to the people but nobody could get a single home, she added.
Maryam Nawaz said that the person who ruined this country should now sit at home and abandon zikr, promising with the party workers that they should be active now to take the country out of crisis.
“We will take this country to the stage where people will get rid of inflation,” said Maryam Nawaz, adding that they needed collective efforts.
“Promise with me that you people are with us to take the country out of crisis,” she added.
She stated that the country was in serious crisis and it would take two to three months but asked the workers to trust the PML-N leadership.
“I ask Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif to hold this person [Imran Khan] accountable for bringing the country at the verge of collapse,” said Maryam Nawaz, lashing out at Imran Khan.
She said that that this person should have been brought to negotiate with IMF delegates because he was responsible for it.
“We are seeing that Finance Minister Ishaq Dar is leading talks with IMF. But I ask PM Shehbaz Sharif and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar that they should have not held talks with the IMF rather they should bring this man who is hiding in Zaman Park to hold talks with the international lender,” she added.
Maryam also came down hard upon former Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar saying that “he was not Baba Rehmat; he was Baba Zehmat”.
She stated that whenever the crisis hit the country they looked towards Nawaz Sharif and PML-N leadership.
The PML-N senior vice-president also said that she wanted that Imran Khan should be held accountable for the gifts he stole and the rings of diamond his wife was wearing.
