The latest reports say that the left-arm pacer is likely to miss the upcoming match against Multan Sultans in the ongoing mega event of HBL Pakistan Super League 8.

Karachi: A big setback to Karachi Kings as its fast bowler Muhammad Amir would not be able to play the next match against Multan Sultans due on February 22 in Multan stadium.
The pacer was ruled out owing to groin injury.
According to the sources, Amir was shifted to rehabilitation centre for his recovery during the pacer’s time on the sidelines.
The Kings who are in desperate need at this crucial time wanted early recovery of the pacer ahead of the match against Multan Sultans.
However, the chances are thin as only one day is left from the match between Karachi Kings and Multan Sultans. He is likely to join his squad soon after his recovery at the rehabilitation center in Karachi.
Left-arm fast bowler Mir Hamza had been already ruled out of PSL due to injury.
It may be mentioned here that Amir Khan felt fitness problem during match against Lahore Qalandars while Karachi Kings registered their first victory against them despite losing in all other three matches of the ongoing HBL PSL 8.
