HBL PSL8: Peshawar Zalmi beat Karachi Kings by 24 runs

Rawalpindi: Peshawar Zalmi beat Karachi Kings by 24 runs at Rawalpindi Stadium tonight.

The Karachi Kings batters fought well but could not reach the target of 198 runs set by Peshawar Zalmi. It was an important match for both of the team for thier ranking. 

Imad Wasim did fifty and fought for his side but the other batters could not stay longer on the crease to lead their team to reach the target. 

Representing Karachi Kings, Muhammad Amir took three wickets but Zalmi batters shun the pressure away and continued to make run to push their side to a strong position of 197.

Earlier, Karachi Kings  won the toss and decided to bat first at Rawalpindi Stadium.

It is the 17^th match of ongoing mega event of HBL Pakistan Super League 8.
