Salman Khan buys new bulletproof SUV car due to security threats
The Mumbai Police quickly increased security outside of Khan's home to ensure his safety upon receiving these threatening emails.

Mumbai: Superstar Salman Khan, one of the most prominent actors in the Indian film industry, recently made headlines for purchasing a new bulletproof SUV car for his safety.
The reason behind this purchase was reportedly the death threats that he received via email.
Upon receiving these threatening emails, the Mumbai Police quickly increased security outside of Khan's home to ensure his safety. However, the actor still felt the need for additional security measures. This led him to purchase a Nissan Patrol SUV, which is not even available in the Indian markets.
The Nissan Patrol SUV is one of the most expensive models that is widely famous in the South Asian markets for its top-of-the-line security features. It is often used by high-profile individuals and government officials for their protection.
Salman Khan's purchase of this car was seen as a necessary move by many of his fans and colleagues. The actor himself commented on the situation, saying, "Poore India ke bhaijaan nahi hai, kisi ki jaan bhi hai. Bohot saaro ki jaan bhi hai. Bhaijaan unke liye hai jo ki bhai hai aur unke liye hai jise hum behen banana chahte hai." This roughly translates to, "I am not just a superstar of India, but also someone's brother. There are many lives at risk. I am doing this for those who are like my siblings and those who I want to treat as my sisters."
Salman Khan is currently busy preparing for the release of his upcoming film, Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan, which is scheduled to release on the auspicious occasion of Eid. With his new purchase, the actor can now feel more secure as he continues to work in the entertainment industry.
