Kuchlak: Four police officers were martyred in exchange of fire with terrorists during the police operation in Kuchlak area of Quetta Balochistan on Tuesday, GNN reported.
According to the police, during the ongoing operation in Kuchlak one accused has been killed so far.
The searching and sweeping operation is still going on in the area. Officers of Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) are also participating in the operation
The bodies of the martyred policemen include Ali Akbar, Faiz, Muhammad Javed, and Chingiz have been shifted from the Civil Hospital to the Police Lines after post-mortem.
Police has also initiated investigation of Quetta blasts— took place yesterday (Monday)—collecting the evidences from the site. Vehicle of SP investigation Sadar Naseer-ul-Hassan was targeted in Qandhari Bazar.
Whereas in another blast, the vehicle of Saryab police station’s Station House Officer (SHO) was attacked on Munir Ahmed Maingal Road. Four people including two police officers were martyred while 19 sustained the injuries during both blasts.
