Dacoits flee after stealing gold worth Rs50M in Lahore
The thieves also cut the iron locker with gas cylinder and looted Rs3.2 million.
Lahore: Robbers looted 3kg of gold worth Rs50 million and Rs3.2 million cash from a jewelry shop in Sundar, area of Lahore.
In Sunder area, the theft took place at a jewelry shop located in a private society, the thieves looted 3 kg of gold and 32 lakh rupees in cash.
According to police, the value of the stolen jewelry is Rs40.76 million. The thieves also cut the iron locker with gas cylinder and looted Rs3.2 million.
Police however have registered a case against the thieves on the complaint of the goldsmith and started investigation to search for them.
