Kohat: 16 people have been killed and several others sustained the injuries during an exchange of fire between two tribes over a coal mine boundary dispute at Dara Adamkhel area of district Kohat.
Law enforcement agencies and security forces swiftly intervened to halt the gunfire and restore peace in the area.
According to an official, people from both tribes are among those killed in the firing.
