With a touch of sarcasm, Amir quipped, "Babar is not my ex-fiance that I won't like him."
Amir also clarified his previous statement, stating that he never referred to Babar as an average player or a tailender. He acknowledged Babar's excellence as a batter in Tests and ODIs but expressed a different opinion regarding his performance in T20s. As a bowler, Amir doesn't perceive Babar as a significant threat in the T20 format.
