Karachi: Sindh Police on Monday has arrested a hardcore terrorist who was associated with the banned outfit Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) near Malir area in Karachi.

As per details, the suspect Usman Ghani alias Irfan went to Afghanistan in 2019 to train under TTP Commander Qari Obaidullah alias Qari Saqib.
According to Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Malir, the outlaw knows the hidden ways to reach Afghanistan from Pakistan.
The detained terrorist was involved in an attack over security forces in Charmang area of Bajaur, One solider was martyred in the attack.
“The banned outfit was in contact with accomplices via Facebook,” said SSP.
Illegal weapons and bullets have been seized from the possession of the accused.
Sources claimed that a case has been registered against the accused and an investigation is underway.
