The former first lady expresses concerns about potential arrests in any case and requests information regarding all disclosed and undisclosed cases filed against her throughout the country.

Lahore: Bushra Bibi, the wife of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and former prime minister, on Tuesday approached the Lahore High Court to secure blanket coverage against all cases registered against her nationwide.
The petition comes in the midst of an ongoing crackdown on PTI leadership following the May 9 attacks on civil and military installations, which the army referred to as "Black Day."
In her plea, the former first lady expressed concerns about potential arrests in any case and requested information regarding all disclosed and undisclosed cases filed against her throughout the country.
Bushra Bibi asked the court to issue an order prohibiting the police and law enforcement agencies from arresting her in any undisclosed case.
She named federal and provincial governments, IGs (Inspector Generals), FIA (Federal Investigation Agency), and other entities as respondents in her case.
The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in Rawalpindi had summoned Bushra Bibi on June 7 to record her statement as a trustee of the Al-Qadir University Trust in the £190 million National Crime Agency (NCA) UK settlement case.
The sources indicated that her statement would be recorded as a witness. Under the new law, NAB is obligated to inform individuals whether they are summoned as an accused or a witness to record a statement.
In accordance with the procedure, NAB's CIT (Combined Investigation Team) had already recorded statements from ministers of the previous government. NAB has also requested records of all donations received by Al-Qadir University and the identities of the donors to the trust.
