Mother, son fall into Swat River from a chair lift
A rescue operation is underway for both victims.
Swat: In the Mankyal area of Swat, a mother, and son fell into the Swat River from a chair lift, and a search operation is currently underway.
According to police, a chair lift in the Mankyal area of Swat was carrying four individuals, including the mother and her 4-year-old son, when the incident occurred, causing them to fall into the Swat River.
The police reported that the incident took place when the woman was crossing the river on the temporary chair lift with her family.
The police stated that the 4-month-old baby slipped from the woman's lap and fell into the river, prompting the woman to jump into the water to save the child.
Rescue operations are currently underway to locate the woman and the child.
