Senior Journalist and reporter Mohammad Askari was abducted by unidentified armed men.

Karachi: Senior reporter Mohammad Askari, associated with the private newspaper Jang, has safely returned home after being abducted for several hours.
According to reports, Mohammad Askari was taken into custody by unidentified armed individuals yesterday.
Syed Mohammad Askari was detained near the Qayyumabad Interchange in Karachi after returning from the event.
His wife had filed a report at the Baloch Colony Police Station, seeking recovery and assistance in locating her husband.
Upon the journalist's disappearance, Sindh Governor Kamran Tessori and Provincial Minister of Information Sharjeel Memon took note of the incident.
