"The premier has gathered all political parties to support the national economy.", says Asif.

Sialkot: Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on Sunday criticized Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), saying the party's "flawed" policies harmed the economy of the Pakistan.
"We are determined and will soon succeed in bringing the country out of darkness," Asif said in his speech to the workers' convention.
Asif complimented Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, saying, "The premier has gathered all political parties to support the national economy."
He said that "unfortunately, the PTI was put in power in 2018 through a fraudulent election."
Minister said, "We stand with our martyrs and Ghazis" and that those who disrespected the martyrs' memorials would be held accountable by the law for their actions. The memorials of martyrs were defiled during the events that took place on May 9.
"The country's economy was stabilizing under the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) government before the 2018 election, but the premier Nawaz Sharif was then disqualified under a conspiracy," Asif claimed.
He expressed his optimism that they would soon be able to set the country on the road to progress and prosperity and added that PM Shehbaz was working extremely hard for the stability of the country's economy.
Asif continued by praising the coalition government's affiliated parties, noting that they had also contributed much and kept their unity.
After the assemblies were dissolved, he added, elections will be called in a month. The PML-N, he claimed, has already begun its electoral campaign from Punjab.
