People often comment me as my son’s girlfriend: Shaista Lodhi

Karachi: Television host and actress Shaista Lodhi revealed in an interview that she is often mistaken as her sons' sister or partner due to their close bond.

Shaista Lodhi shared on a TV show that whenever she goes out with her sons, people approach them and comment that she looks like her sons' girlfriend.

She explained that in Pakistan, people generally disapprove of women who maintain a good appearance even in their older years, while it is not the case in other parts of the world. She also mentioned that she often becomes a target of criticism on social media.

Highlighting the significance of her consistent positive outlook, Shaista emphasized that staying fit at her age is a result of good health practices.
