Islamabad: The Uzbekistan-Afghanistan-Pakistan (UAP) trilateral railway track project has reached a significant milestone as the route has been finalized.
This railway project is expected to enhance regional, transit, and bilateral trade among the participating countries while also strengthening people-to-people connections across the entire region.
A joint protocol for the project will be signed tomorrow after a high-level meeting between officials from Pakistan, Afghanistan, and Uzbekistan.

The efforts and expertise of the three railways' experts were appreciated by all parties for achieving consensus on the final route and its implementation modalities.
