FM Dar assures govt support to upgrade PAF
FM Ishaq Dar promises the government’s decision for enhancing PAF for better aerial defense.


Islamabad: Finance Minister, Muhammad Ishaq Dar, reaffirmed the government's dedication to strengthening Pakistan Air Force (PAF) with state-of-the-art capabilities.
During his visit to the PAF Headquarters in Islamabad, the Finance Minister held a meeting with the Chief of Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmad Babar Sidhu.
They discussed matters related to the evolving geo-economic environment and regional security situation.
In the meeting, Air Chief Marshal provided insights into various ongoing projects initiated by the Pakistan Air Force, with a significant focus on modernization.
One notable project highlighted during the briefing was the PAF's National Aerospace Science and Technology Park.
This ambitious endeavor aims to foster collaborative research, development, and innovation in the realms of aviation, space, IT, cyber, and computing.
Minister Dar expressed the government's unwavering commitment to allocating necessary resources for the modernization of the Pakistan Air Force.
