The Ambassador of France extends gratitude towards countries that hosted Afghan refugees for many decades.

Islamabad: The government of France has pledged financial aid of three million euros to support Afghan refugees in Pakistan and Iran,
The operation is carried out by the UN Refugee Agency.
Nicolas Galey, the French Ambassador in Pakistan, expressed gratitude towards the host countries for their unwavering hospitality to Afghan refugees over the past four decades.
He emphasized the significance of not overlooking the communities hosting these refugees.
The funding received will enable the UN Refugee Agency to intensify its lifesaving assistance and protection measures, particularly for the most vulnerable refugees.
