Balochistan shuts down all educational institutions till Eidul Fitr
Quetta: In view of rising coronavoirus cases, Balochistan has decided to shut down all private schools and educational institutions across province till Eidul Fitr.
This announcement was made by Balochistan government spokesperson Liaquat Shahwani on Twitter Tuesday afternoon.
All Private Schools/ institutions ( Higher/ Higher Secondary) will remain closed across the #Balochistan till #Eid

The notification read that the educational institutions across Balochistan are being closed in accordance with the decision made in National Committee Meeting held on April 23, 2021 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
A day earlier, the Sindh government had annoucned the closure of schools, colleges and universities till Eid.
Pakistan is presently experiencing the third wave of coronavirus which is said to be deadlier and more contagious than previous two waves.
According to National Command and Operations Center (NCOC), around 4,487 cases of coronavirus were reported while 142 people succumbed to the disease in the last 24 hours, taking the total death toll to 17,329.
The total number of confirmed cases reached to 804,939. As many as 699,816 patients have recovered from the disease with 5,075 critical cases.
