The preliminary medical examination has proved that the woman was raped.


Lodhran: Three accused who gang-raped a beggar woman for 10 days in Lodhran have been arrested.
According to the victim's husband, his wife used to beg for flour in different residential localities.
He told that earlier on July 12, five people kidnapped his wife, took her to an unidentified place and kept her in prison for 10 days where she was being gang-raped.
Husband also stated that after brutality of 10 days, the wife managed the opportunity to escape from the clutches of the accused and came back home.
The preliminary medical examination has proved that the woman was raped.
Police said that the victim woman has been medically examined and preliminary medical examination has proved that she was raped. Further action will be taken after receiving complete report.
On the other hand, Sargodha Police arrested two women including the one who kidnapped the newborn from the District Headquarters (DHQ) Hospital.
While giving a press conference, DPO Sargodha said that the arrested accused had abducted the newborn from DHQ hospital six days ago who has been recovered.
According to the police, the accused had a second marriage and did not have any child therefore she kidnapped the newborn.
