IHC ordered further investigations into Judge Dillawar's Facebook posts
Imran Khan has approached the Islamabad High Court, seeking clarification on paragraph 18 of the court's order.
Islamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has issued an order for additional investigations into the Facebook posts made by Judge Humayun Dillawar.
The Chairman of PTI has approached the Islamabad High Court, seeking clarification on paragraph 18 of the court's order.
The petitioner stated that the court has directed the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to conduct further inquiries into the Facebook posts. The court also ordered the inclusion of relevant individuals in the matter.
The petitioner contends that the ongoing actions by the FIA are causing harassment to their legal team and has requested the court to clarify paragraph 18 of the order. The petitioner urges the court to ensure that their legal team is not subjected to any undue pressure.
Until a decision is reached on the request, the court has directed that the FIA refrain from issuing notices to the petitioner's legal team.
The court's decision on this matter will be closely followed as it pertains to the ongoing investigations into the Facebook posts attributed to Judge Humayun Dillawar.
