IPP Information Secretary Firdous Ashiq criticised former first lady Bushra Bibi for her alleged influence in government affairs.

Lahore: Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) Information Secretary Dr. Firdous Ashiq criticised former first lady Bushra Bibi for her alleged influence in government affairs, citing her diary that was recently leaked to the media on Friday.
Firdous claimed that Bushra Bibi's "true face" had been revealed by the diary and that it was first lady who was in charge of running the nation behind the scenes.
She claimed that the former prime minister's diary includes orders for him similar to those of a boarding school warden.
Additionally, she said that the former first lady was superstitious and that her beliefs caused morality and national politics to be destroyed.
She claimed the diary is a "black box" that discloses the "story inside" and that it has demonstrated the veracity of the IPP's assertions.
She wrote in her diary that her extreme behavior was reflected in it and expressed regret that the nation's leader continued to hold such views during his leadership.
