In the International market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats increased by $1 per ounce to $1915 per ounce.
Karachi: The Gold price in Pakistan declined by Rs.1,500 per tola on Monday.
As per the information provided by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the cost of 24-carat gold experienced a decrease of Rs1,500 per tola, reaching a value of Rs. 233,000.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat pure gold declined by Rs1,286 and traded at Rs199,760 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, the yellow metal of 22 karats of gold which is usually used for jewellery making, sold at the rate of Rs 183,113 per 10 grams.
In the International market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats increased by $1 per ounce to $1915 per ounce, as reported by the association.
On the other hand, the price of 24 karat silver per tola and per 10 grams also remained the same at Rs2,850 and Rs2,443.41 respectively.
