Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain will go to Attock Jail to hear the case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Islamabad: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) rejected the decision to conduct the hearing of cypher case against Chairman PTI Imran Khan in Attock Jail.
According to details, earlier on yesterday (Tuesday), the Ministry of Law issued a notification for the hearing of cypher case in Attock Jail.
According to the Ministry of Law, the Ministry of Interior expressed security concerns for the hearing of cypher case, due to which the hearing will be held today in Attock Jail under the Secret Act.
Judge Abul Hasnat Zulqarnain will go to Attock Jail to hear the case against former Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Judicial remand of PTI chief in cypher case if ending today and according to reported, Shah Mehmood Qureshi will be produced in the judicial complex today for cypher case.
However, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf rejected the decision to conduct the cipher case hearing against Chairman PTI Imran Khan in Attock Jail.
In a statement released by PTI spokesperson, it has been said that like Toshakhana, the basis of injustice was laid in the cypher case, there is no room in the law for a trial in a closed room and the constitution does not allow it.
Spokesman PTI added: “The case against Imran Khan should be tried in an open court, a secret trial or any decision pronounced as a result of it will not have legal status”.
It is pertinent to note that Khan is on judicial remand till August 30 (today) in the cypher case.
Islamabad's Secret Act Court Judge Abul Hasanat has sent Chairman PTI to jail on judicial remand and the court has also summoned him in a personal capacity on August 30 (today).
Notably, earlier on yesterday, Islamabad High Court suspended the sentence of Imran Khan in Toshakhana case, ordering his release on bail. However, due to judicial remand in cypher case, the release could not be possible.
