In the International market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats increased by $7 per ounce to $1945 per ounce.


Karachi: The Gold price in Pakistan increased by Rs3,400 per tola on Thursday.
As per the information provided by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the cost of 24-carat gold experienced an increase of Rs3,400 per tola, reaching a value of Rs239,400.
Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-karat pure gold increased by Rs2,915 and traded at Rs205,590 per 10 grams.
Meanwhile, the yellow metal of 22 karats of gold which is usually used for jewellery making, sold at the rate of Rs1,88,457 per 10 grams.
In the International market, the price of pure gold of 24 karats increased by $7 per ounce to $1945 per ounce, as reported by the association.
On the other hand, the price of 24 karat silver per tola and per 10 grams also remained the same at Rs2,850 and Rs2,443.41 respectively.
Earlier, as per the information provided by the All-Pakistan Sarafa Gems and Jewellers Association (APSGJA), the cost of 24-carat gold experienced an increase of Rs 2,900 per tola, reaching a value of Rs236,400.
