The PML-N senior vice-president says Nawaz Sharif's presence will bring an end to rising prices and alleviate the disillusionment prevailing in the country.

Lahore: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Senior Vice-President and Chief Organizer Maryam Nawaz on Friday said that inflation in Pakistan would subside upon Nawaz Sharif's return.
Maryam Nawaz expressed confidence that Nawaz Sharif's presence would bring an end to rising prices and alleviate the disillusionment prevailing in the country.
She contended that Nawaz Sharif's return would help address the sense of deprivation felt by the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
The PML-N senior vice-president made these remarks during a session convened to establish the party's organizing committees and appoint youth coordinators in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP). She disclosed that PML-N was in the process of appointing youth coordinators at the tehsil level in KP.
She pledged to transform Khyber Pakhtunkhwa into a stronghold for the PML-N, fostering prosperity and development in the province. She laid blame on the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government for what she perceived as resource mismanagement.
Maryam alleged that the KP Chief Minister's helicopter had been utilized for political rallies by the previous administration for a decade and also held the previous PTI-led government responsible for the surging inflation.
The Chief Organiser of PML-N vowed that the party would confront challenges much as it did in 2013, declaring a renewed commitment to combat inflation, unemployment, and economic crises.
In August, Shehbaz Sharif, the President of PML-N, confirmed that his brother, former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, would return to Pakistan in October and lead the party's election campaign. Shehbaz Sharif emphasized the party's commitment to supporting the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in ensuring free, fair, and transparent elections but did not specify a specific return date for Nawaz Sharif.
